What Buyleen ships today — counter, inventory, purchasing, sales, accounting, storefront, HR, and messaging.

Counter & inventory

  • Counter — POS billing at the till.
  • Products — catalogue and pricing.
  • Inventory — batches and stock movements.
  • Expiry — expiry alerts and FEFO visibility (useful for pharmacy and grocery).
  • Multi-branch — multiple branches under one organization (add-on / Enterprise package).
  • Pharmacy fields — salt composition and Rx flags where you need them (package / add-on).

GST returns are prepared with accounting / books (GSTR) — not by the counter screen alone.

Purchasing & sales

  • Purchases and purchase orders.
  • Sales orders and fulfilment through challan / invoice flows.
  • Parties — customers and suppliers, with statements; ageing appears with accounting tiers.

Accounting

  • Money (Basic) — plain-language books for shops that do not want a full accountant workflow. Always available as a simple money view.
  • Accounting Lite — ledgers, day book, GSTR, expenses, statements.
  • Accounting Professional — vouchers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, TDS/TCS, ageing, bank reconciliation, cost centres.
  • Accounting Enterprise — interest, recurring, cheques, ratios, budgets, year close, Tally export, e-invoice (IRN) and e-way.

Storefront

A public per-tenant store: cart, shopper accounts, checkout via the merchant payment gateway, and fulfilment — not a marketplace.

HR

  • HRMS Lite — employees, attendance, shifts, leave.
  • HRMS Enterprise — payroll with PF / ESI / PT, advances, expenses, ESS, bank payout files, and related reports.

Messaging

  • WhatsApp — share receipts and notifications; platform quotas apply, or bring your own WhatsApp Business Account (BYO WABA).
  • Template library — ready-made templates (platform number vs Meta review on your own number).
  • SMS and email channels exist in the product catalogue where enabled.

Setup

  • 40 business-type presets — terminology and defaults for pharmacy, grocery, electronics, apparel, restaurant, hardware, and more.
  • The Manufacturing preset is a terminology pack only. There is no manufacturing / MRP module shipping today.
  • Multi-company support for organizations that need it.
